You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again.

Delivery and Availability

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Genesis Family Dentistry is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected. Text messaging should never be used for dental or medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. For urgent dental concerns during business hours, please call our office directly at (980) 272-4700.

Your Responsibilities

You agree that the mobile number you provide is a number you own or are authorized to use, and that you will notify us promptly if that number changes or is reassigned. You may update your contact information by calling our office.
